"Extravagant India !" at Cannes Festival 2014

From 14 till 24 May 2014, the team of "Extravagant India !" welcomed on its stand of the Cannes Film Festival Market.

Meetings, debates, conferences, exchanges took place all troughout the festival and in particular on the Indian stands.
On the Indian Pavillon the "Extravagant India !" team met all the representatives of India in Cannes (Ministries, offical bodies, producers, directors). We participated meetings, debates, conferences, panels with the biggest festivals (Toronto, Berlin, Dubai, Florence).
We organized as well an important panel with Eric Garandeau (former President of CNC), Julien Ezanno (in charge of the international coproductions at CNC) and the French and Indian producers of The Lunchbox (Marc Baschet and Cedomir Kolar - ASAP Film,…).
We participated in all the debates and animated some. We also distributed hundreds of portfolios and catalogs "Extravagant India ! ". Our activities, positions, desires, perspectives aroused a lively interest.
